Whether new to yoga or ready to deepen your practice, join us Friday mornings to relax and refresh your yoga practice. From this gentle practice of forward bends, backbends and twists you will regain flexibility, strength and other benefits. These mixed level classes are suitable for all levels and ages.
Professor Luciana LoPresto was certified to teach yoga in 1990. From 2015-2021 she taught yoga, anatomy and physiology with the Kinesiology Department at SCUSB Palm Desert Campus. Since 1997 she has offered YogaTrips in Italy and Sicily.
